At my recent appearance at the end of June, at Worcester's premier genre spoken word event, 42, I read one of my prose pieces, a particularly dark and nasty piece about zombies.

Finally on Saturday, 7th July, 2012, at a very special event in the Old Library in Worcester. The library has recently moved buildings to a new construction called the Hive, leaving the old library an empty space. To make use of this, a number of arts events are being held in the space, called the Fourth Plinth. On that Saturday, local writer and Gothic diva Suz Winspear organised a presentation of local writing talent on that Fourth Plinth, where I presented two stories and two poems. It was really an honour to be invited to read there.

I have already been booked to read again at the end of this month, and I can't wait!
